For how long can I use it?

How to use the product?
1. After charging, press the power button on the side of device and hold for a few seconds to activate your device .
2. Insert the front of the product completely into your hand.
3. Press the power button to activate the low-frequency decompression mode, which is recommended for the left hand. This mode is explicitly designed for stress reduction, anxiety alleviation, assistance with insomnia, and overall sleep enhancement. If you're looking to enhance focus, use your right hand to hold the device, activating the high-frequency mode.
